If a department lead cannot be reached, please seek the Head Event Coordinator. In the case that the Head Event Coordinator can not be reached, chain of command falls to the Chapter Officials, ie Admin, Co-Admin, Treasurer, and Secretary.)
-Jackson Lake Campground has shower houses, a swimming lake, pool, and a camp store offering small luxuries and firewood.
-Firewood is available on site from the camp ground for $9/bundle or $65/front-loader for those provide their own camp pits.
-Camp Masters you may bring your own fire ring (on ground or above). If you do not have one please see Event Sign-In to get your fire ring. (While Supplies Last)
Please note some campground rules:
-Minors aged 15 and under are admitted for free and camp, but MUST be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian and must still have a signed waiver.
-Minors who wish to participate in fighting who are 16 and over must have a notarized waiver.
-There are no glass bottles allowed on grounds.
-Decorum drinking vessels and garb is required at all times.
-There is no parking in the camps, UNLOADING ONLY, then you must move to designated parking. This will be highly enforced.
-No illegal drugs or activity, including underage drinking. Drinking wristbands will be available to ID holders ages 21 and above.
-Swimming pool and water park on grounds. Waivers available at campground office.
-Pets are allowed on site, so long as they are well behaved with proper tags, identification, and kept on a leash at all times.
Violations, altercations, and incidents will be addressed and enforced by event staff.
